After very heavy rains I was left with a very crackly main telephone line. It then stopped working all together on the 4th. Despite repeated calls i have still not seen a technician to repair the problem. i run a small business from home and my telephone is a very important part of my business...I have therefore not done any work since the 4th and nothing is being done about it... i have numerous reference numbers and even after bumping my request up and getting an escalation reference I have still not heard from anyone in repairs. Telkom phoned me on my private mobile number to see if i was happy with the service received from the phone operator...i explained that the actual problem was not solved but all they were interested in was the service provided by the call centre operator...what a joke!
